Hello and welcome to THE SCONESMITH! My name is Sabrina Smith, and I have a baking compulsion with a keen focus on uniquely flavored scones. So I decided to start documenting and sharing the recipes I've developed, along with some other people's recipes I've tried and enjoyed (some of which are NOT scones, gasp!). 

Alas, scone consumption is not how I make a living (shocking, I know). So I don't have time to take "process" photos (I trust you know what a bowl of flour looks like), write lengthy stories (that you probably don't care to read anyway), and best of all - you don't have to dodge a bunch of advertisements!
